About the Journal
Truth in Research is a continuing scholarly serial publication. Individual manuscripts are published as peer-reviewed journal articles within numbered volumes and issues. The journal does not publish standalone books or monographs.
Truth in Research (TIR) is a broad, independent, peer-reviewed research journal. It exists to provide a serious scholarly platform where manuscripts are judged by their evidence, reasoning, clarity, and scholarly value, and where careful work is welcome regardless of whether it supports or challenges mainstream views.
Mission
Truth in Research is committed to fairness, transparency, and responsible scholarly publishing. The journal recognizes the importance of widely accepted publishing standards, including the principles promoted by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), the Open Access Scholarly Publishing Association (OASPA), and the World Association of Medical Editors (WAME). Truth in Research follows these general principles by making its review process, submission standards, publication policies, and ethical expectations clear to authors and readers.
Scope and Viewpoint Diversity
Truth in Research publishes original research, review articles, technical critiques, and scholarly commentary on science, religious topics, and related fields, with an emphasis on transparent methodology, reproducible reasoning, and open scholarly debate.
The journal welcomes work that challenges mainstream or consensus views, provided the submission is respectful, evidence-based, carefully argued, and presented in a scholarly manner. Work associated with biblical creation is held to a high standard of scrutiny. Such submissions should aim to develop, refine, or test the creation model through careful research, novel predictions, evidence-based reasoning, and clear scholarly argumentation.
The journal also welcomes submissions from related perspectives, including intelligent design, old-earth creation, day-age theory, gap theory, theistic evolution, and relevant philosophy, provided the work is respectful, evidence-based, clearly argued, and relevant to the journal's aims and scope.
Agreement with the editorial position of the journal does not guarantee publication. Publication is never guaranteed and depends on the quality, relevance, evidence, and clarity of the submitted work.
Published annually
Truth in Research publishes issues on a annual basis, with special issues may also be published when sufficient peer-reviewed material is available.
